Embracing Legal Administration to protect the Human Rights of the People

The Swiss LegalTech Association and the Ministry of Justice of South Korea met in Zurich for an exchange on Legal Technology. 

It was a great pleasure to talk with Director and Senior Prosecutor Jae-ah Choi, Senior Deputy Director and Attorney Kisuk Seol and Public Service Attorney Kye Min Lee about Switzerland's legal system and the development of Legal Technology. The Swiss LegalTech Association organized this high-level meeting upon the request of the Embassy in Bern. We talked about the legal system of Switzerland, the role of the Swiss Bar Association, the Cantonal Bar Associations, the technologization of law, the developments in LegalTech, Access to Justice and Artificial Intelligence. 

We got to know South Korea as a country with a high interest in adaptation and change of the business of law and would like to continue this valuable exchange.
