Colin Carter

Colin works as a legal engineer at Coop Rechtsschutz AG where he develops and researches software applications for the legal profession. His focus is on researching and implementing artificial intelligence in the legal sector. Colin started his studies in the field of computer science and physics but switched to law shortly after. He graduated from the University of Basel, where he obtained a Master of Law (MLaw). Before and during his studies he worked as a web developer and administrator for the Swiss Nanoscience Institute and ran a web-development agency in Basel. Colin co-founded Repositorium.ch, Switzerlands first open-access, institution-independent repository for legal publications.
