Patrick Fini

Patrick is an attorney at law, holding a law degree (lic. iur.) from the University of Zurich. He is the founder of STUDIO LEGALE FINI in Lugano. Over the course of his career, he has developed particular expertise in tenancy law and debt enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, which represent the core of his practice. In tenancy matters, he assists landlords — with a particular focus on institutional landlords and real estate trusts — as well as tenants, across the full spectrum of rental-related issues, from lease drafting to court representation. In the area of debt enforcement and bankruptcy, he acts for both creditors and debtors navigating composition or insolvency procedures, including attachment measures, recognition of foreign judgments and bankruptcies, and complex enforcement proceedings. Alongside these areas, he represents and advises individuals and businesses in civil and commercial litigation more broadly, assisting clients in civil disputes and provisional measures before Swiss courts, as well as in contract drafting and negotiations.​
